Tonight we have a very special individual who has incredible insights into the gifts of the whales and dolphins and whose unique perspective of music and sound can change your world forever.
 
Paul Gilman has followed a diverse and unique path in the entertainment and music industry. As a child prodigy, he first studied at the Boston Conservatory of Music. He then shifted his attention to music technology and the development of sound. Combining his passion for composition and technology he performed the first solo Electronic Concert at Boston Symphony Hall where he was awarded "Best Solo Performance of the Year."
 
Pushing the envelope of music as a universal language, Paul began a quest to communicate with whales and dolphins through music. He has demonstrated communication alongside some of the top researchers, scientists and cinematographers in the world. Utilizing underwater speakers and Hydrophones Paul creates a musical dialogue and communication with them by playing his flute and earning their trust. In fact Paul was awarded Artist of the Year from International Whale Week.
 
Paul has developed a cross technology between his skills in his studio and a unique sound encoder. The results are to create a revolutionary surround sound system for headphones that puts the listener right in the middle of the music.
 
Paul is also a gifted songwriter, musician, inventor, orchestra conductor, film producer and critic. It does not stop there. He is a magical, gentle man that with his full connection to the whales and dolphins and his new sound technology is changing the world of sound and music.
