Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa is co-founder and director of Golden Bridge Spiritual Village, Los Angeles' and New York's premier centers for the study and practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. The author of several books, including
The Eight Human Talents and
Bountiful Beautiful Blissful, to name just two. Gurmukh has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 35 years. She is best known for her work in Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Yoga with parents and babies as well as training teachers to use the methods she has developed. Since being baptized more than 3 decades ago with the Sikh spiritual name meaning "One who helps people across the world ocean," Gurmukh has dedicated her life to fulfilling that responsibility. She is also a founding member of Khalsa Way, an organization created not only to offer Kundalini yoga but also to help people deliver and rear healthy children, as well as find success in their careers and relationships.
