The Evolutionary Basis for Non-Hostility in Extraterrestrial Civilizations
 
Humans have evolved from primates who not only fight each other individually but actually organize themselves for warfare. Other beings such as cetaceans do not have this predisposition. What does that mean for Extraterrestrial civilizations which have developed from other species - cetaceans, insects, birds, reptiles?
