She has been the featured poet at various North Carolina Borders bookstores, has appeared on NPR radio, The Cary News, Fox 8 TV and is a featured columnist for Black America Today.com, a leading website for African - American news.
 
Lisa has grown The P3 Group to include customized workshops, specialized training, an online women's magazine and speaking engagements and The P3 Connection to be a resource for women collaborating all over the world, however Lisa is best known for her life and business coaching where she has an amazing ability to lead women to uncover the power within. Women discover their power and live life with purpose. Through her initiatives women are making history and impacting their communities at large.
 
Throughout her career, Lisa has been sought as a professional and civic speaker and has collaborated with both the public and private sectors in leadership, business and personal dynamics and relationship initiatives.
 
Lisa has been actively living and pursuing her vision for the past 10 years and inspired, educated and motivated women in discovering their passions reaching US, Australia, Canada, Zambia Africa, England and Spain.
