How to Zig When Life Zags

Allison Blankenship is the go-to person for accelerating results, either through engaging presentations, personal productivity or communicating persuasively. With a career spanning two decades, Allison excels in developing and implementing new ideas, strategies and start ups within organizations.

Allison uses both her vast experience as a corporate entrepreneur and her award-winning communication skills to empower people to perform under pressure. Having personally lost two jobs -- one to a corporate bankruptcy and another to reorganization -- Allison brings practical, real-life strategies and solutions to individuals and organizations.

These events drove Allison to develop two breakthrough systems to perform under pressure: Precision Speaking Systems, which creates confident communicators and presenters; and Organic Success, which identifies how natural strengths and abilities either partner or polarize the people around you. Allison is a premier coach for executive presentations and subject matter experts with "dry" topics. Her Organic Success programs transform organizations by developing individual raw talents and abilities into competitive advantages that increase productivity.

She has co-authored three books on productivity, success skills and communications, plus multiple audio series and training curriculums. Professional colleagues have applauded her work by awarding Allison with Outstanding Young Woman of America, Speaker of the Year, and Jim Barber Leadership Award for the state of Florida. Allison is the past president of the Florida Speaker's association, a member of the National Speakers Association, American Society of Training and Development, American Business Women's Association and various philanthropic boards.

Her new workshops, speeches and retreats expand on the topic and focus in-depth on creating a career and personal life that is sustainable during changing times.

Ms. Michaels combines first hand knowledge, practical ideas and inspiration for her presentations. As a trained actress, she brings outstanding speaking skills to her many platform speeches and training programs. She has delivered hundreds of programs across the globe.
