The man most often looked to for deeper understanding of the Mayan Calendar and the Ninth Wave of Consciousness, Carl Johan Calleman is my guest tonight.
 
Carl Johan Calleman was born in Stockholm Sweden. Calleman is one of the foremost-recognized researchers and authors of Mayan prophecy and knowledge concerning the understanding of 2012.
 
Calleman became interested in the Mayan Calendar in the late seventies, during a trip to Mexico and Guatemala. Feeling a strong kin to the people and that this was his spiritual home on earth, he began his great work with the Mayan Calendar. Calleman's approach has help shed light on the science and cosmology of the Mayan Calendar for an expanding audience.
 
Carl Johan Calleman has a Ph.D. in Physical Biology from the University of Stockholm and has been a Senior Researcher at the University of Washington in Seattle and a cancer expert for the WHO. He is the author of "The Purposeful Universe" (Inner Traditions, 2009) a book that presents a new theory of biological evolution based on the Cosmic Tree of Life.
