In this season's shows, Metatron has been transmitting to us the essence, or the spiritual energy and signature, of each of the elements in turn, so that we can work pro-actively with each of them, balance them within our own systems, and harness their power in the conscious co-creation of a more enhanced life. Wouldn't you just love to feel "free as air"? The very thought of fresh air, of a gentle breeze on a warm day, frees us up a little -- and quite right. Because Air is the element, above all others, associated with the potential freedom of our capacity to think, to be mindful: earth and water are slower in nature than fire and air; it is air that enables us to "take flight", to let our creativity soar, and roam free.
 
As Metatron brings his love and power to this most expansive of elements, he will set you free from some of your old, repetitive patterns of thought, bringing fresh air to them so that you empower and expand the neural pathways of thought that are creative and useful, while withdrawing your energy from habits of thought that have taken you down dead-ends in the past.
 
We can go 40 or more days without food and we can last maybe even 9 (uncomfortable ) days without water -- but give us much more than 3 minutes without air and we're brain-dead.
