Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

How do I listen to shows?

Click onto our Archives page to see the entire listing of shows. Click any show's photo or name to open the description of that archive. When the archive is open and you click on the button to listen to it, our web site will ask you to log in if you are not already logged in (using the Returning Member Log-In form that will appear on the left side of the page), or, you can click the link on the bottom of that page to sign up for membership. After logging in or signing up, there is a built-in audio player that will appear on every archive when you click the button to listen. [Also see next question below about the difference between free memberships and paid memberships.]

What is the difference between Free Membership and Paid Membership?

Free membership allows you to access all of our shows on the same day they are broadcasted, and also on the next day, but does not grant access to all of our past archives. Free members can listen any time during that 48-hour free period using the Flash audio player built-in to our web pages, or also at the designated broadcast times using our streaming MP3 internet radio channel available on our Live Broadcasts page. (You will need to log in to access that page.)

Paid membership provides full access to our entire web site, allowing you to access ALL 1800+ shows in our Archives at any time (there is no time limit). It also allows you the ability to download our shows in MP3 format in addition to using the built-in audio player in our archives. The downloaded MP3 files can be played on your computer or transferred to any MP3 player or mobile device that supports MP3s. Paid membership allows access to all of our past newsletters and articles, and paid members also receive 15% off of all World Puja Network webinars and live events.

How do I renew my membership?
Or, how do I cancel my membership?

Our membership system does not store your credit card information or process renewals automatically, so there is no risk of incurring any charges that you weren't expecting. When your annual membership expires, you will see a message on our web site after you log in, letting you know that your membership has expired, and it will offer you the option to renew the membership and make payment if you choose, or to continue instead as a free member. You can renew your membership at any time in the future if you choose. If you don't renew and re-enter your payment information, you won't be charged any additional amounts and your account will just have the features of the free membership. (In other words, no action is required to cancel membership -- it will expire naturally at the end of one year, and you don't need to renew if you don't want.)

How can I listen on an Apple iPhone or iPad, or on a Droid/Android smartphone or tablet?

Apple iPhone & iPad: Using our media player with iPads & iPhones is a little bit different than using it on our web site with a regular computer. You will need to click/tap the Play button in the center of the media player to begin. Apple's built-in QuickTime player will take over the playback. In order to have player controls like a pause button and a scrollbar to move back and forward, you need to click/tap again onto the QuickTime icon displayed in place of the media player, and the player controls will then open up full-screen with more options.

iPad and iPhone users are not able to directly use the "Download MP3" option for paid members -- your device will play the audio instead of downloading it. This is a limitation with Apple's iOS preventing the MP3 files from being downloaded directly. If you want to save MP3 files to your Apple device for listening when you don't have an internet connection, you would need to download them to your computer first and then use iTunes to transfer/synchronize the MP3 files with your iPad or iPhone (or iPod).

Android: Our media player will work on all standard Android devices. The media player supports both HTML5 and Flash, so it will work on your Android device even if Flash is not installed. The "Download MP3" option does work on Android devices (provided you have a paid membership on our web site, which allows downloading our archives.)
