We are living in glorious times. We are also living in a time of intense change. The energy around us and in us is charged. How can we take advantage of this energy individually and collectively to grow and prosper?
 
Frequency will guide you. Frequency is a new program on the World Puja Network. It will examine energy through numerology, astrology, energy healing and scared space design.
 
The purpose is to help you understand the new energy of humans. We call it the awakening human on Frequency. It's what humanity is evolving into and that evolution is as individual as each one of you.
 
We're at a pivotal point of transforming the energies of the past and moving forward so the awakening human can operate in a cohesive and whole way.
 
Knowing your individual frequency at this point is your key to moving forward and becoming a fully integrated human.
 
When you understand your role as the awakening human, you will also understand the new body, the new mind, the new relationship, the new economy, the new community and the new earth.
 
Codes and Frequencies reverberate through out the universe. Each living entity contains a code in its individual structure. That code and frequency is specific to its plan of evolution.
 
We will investigate frequencies both individual and global to understand how they reflect and inspire the changes which are birthing the awakening human and new earth.
 
 
 
Biography
 
One of my motivators in life is mystery. Perhaps that is the reason that I have spent more than 20 years of study in the areas of astrology, numerology, spirituality, whole body wellness-Body Talk and Reiki, the ascension process and sacred space development-Vastu.
 
I am fascinated by the mystery, the intrigue and the power of nature. We are all born in the same way, but like elements of nature we each have our own unique print to leave on the planet. We each come to earth with a plan and an intention to be here. We are born 'knowing' what we are getting ourselves into, but have a tendency to move into 'forgetfulness' about our reasons for choosing this journey.
 
Life can shift moment to moment, and it is in the awe and wonder of the shifting that we can recognize a Divine Plan weaving through our existence. I find delight in helping others uncover their own rhythm, watching light bulbs go on, laughing at our idiosyncrasies, have compassion for our struggles, and reveling in our creativities and passions.
 
My passion is helping others understand the influences that impact their lives. I have been influenced through my upbringing, friends, relationships, studies, work, children and spiritual practice.
 
I work with individuals and groups to help them understand the energies and elements that impact their lives. My clients come away knowing how to navigate these forces to their maximum benefit, and in doing so, how to realize their highest potential.
 
In life I enjoy the elements of ease and grace, laughter and joy, quality vs. quantity, authenticity and natures beauty, creativity and passion, family and community.
