Teya is a clinical kinesiologist/nutritionist/accredited Metabolic Typing® Adviser specialising in customised nutrition for increasing energy, eliminating brain fog and balancing biochemical and emotional stress.
She is the founder of Empowered Living, offering practical solutions for optimal wellbeing and healthy relationships. She has taught Applied Kinesiology and Energetic Sciences at a college of Complementary Medicine in Sydney.
Teya has developed Empowered Results Fat Loss program based on Mind/Body/Survival approach to losing weight and the critical mass that goes with it. She has successfully helped many men and women overcome chronic fatigue and adrenal exhaustion as a result of balancing the underlying survival patterns wired in the deep brain (limbic and reptilian centres). She is the author of Stress and Adrenal Exhaustion "How to Perform in the Storm" and has written over 30 articles which have been published in health publications, magazines and newspapers around the world.
