Barry Kapp — Biography
 
Barry Kapp, Master Medicinal Aromatherapist and founder of Wisdom of the Earth has traveled close to Mother Earth since childhood. His mother taught him at the age of nine how to ask a Rose bush a question and then listen for the answer. Such was the beginning of his saga of listening to, learning from and conversing with the Tree and Plant Kingdom. His father taught him that, 'to know Creator is to know Mother Earth, and to know Mother Earth and stay close to Her is to know Creator'. Barry's journey has taken him through several life times just in this one life - from parochial school teacher, to house builder, to dairy and cash crop farmer, to father of nine children, to massage and energy therapist, to medicinal aromatherapist. Being a life-long teacher on many levels, Barry has extensively traveled internationally, visiting farmers to develop personal relationships with them, learning from them, and understanding more deeply what encompasses their lives as passionate farmers and harvesters of the Tree and Plant Kingdom. Walking this road for over 50 years gives him a unique perspective which he shares in seminars, his books, and through his own medicinal aromatherapy practice in Northern Arizona.
 
Barry has had many mentors but knows his Tree, Plant and Animal friends and off-world guides have influenced him even more. He teaches untiringly that pure Medicinal Aromatherapy is the Original Medicine of Gaia, and has the potential to address all issues and levels of relationship-spiritually, emotionally and physically. Being involved deeply with the Shift of the Ages, (Mother Earth rising from the 4th to the 5th dimension), Barry finds himself confronted by many humans running to and fro, seeking help for the angst, fears, illnesses and unresolved conflicts that they are desperately striving to transform. Wisdom of the Earth is a way station, directional station and foundational station for helping our brothers and sisters on this journey.
 
 
Audre Gutierrez — Biography
 
Audre Gutierrez, a certified Medicinal Aromatherapist, is a partner in Wisdom of the Earth, a company based near Sedona, AZ, which has an extensive portfolio of pure plant/tree essences and hydrosols, and offers certification classes in Medicinal Aromatherapy. Audre has studied in France with Dr. Malte Hozzel and numerous farmers/distillers, and in the US with John Steele and Dr. Kurt Schnaubelt, among others. She consults with clients on how to use essential oils to create a vibrant, satisfying, healthy life, and is a frequent teacher and speaker for groups interested in natural healing.
 
Formerly, Audre had a successful executive career in Human Resources, including 10 years with a major not-for-profit organization, 10 years in the Public Accounting industry, and 7 years with a major East Coast drug development company. She applies those years of experience and perspective to her clients, many of whom are struggling emotionally, spiritually and physically, to be their authentic selves in environments that deeply discourage it.
 
Audre currently shares her time between Sedona, AZ and Santa Fe, NM. In her private practice in Santa Fe, Shining Sun Aromatherapy, Audre incorporates the philosophy, knowings and essences of Wisdom of the Earth. Her deep connection with the plants and trees has fostered a passion for sustainability...walking and living upon the Earth in a whole, natural and Earth-friendly way. Audre has served on the Board of the Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute, and volunteers at El Rancho de las Golondrinas... a living history museum which preserves and demonstrates enduring, traditional Spanish Colonial skills such as smithing, tannery, adobe construction, spinning/weaving and food preparation/storage.
 
Audre is in the process of completing her first book on meditation and essential oils, a powerful combination for manifesting one's life purpose. Her next book will chronicle her journey with the Plants & Trees, and the life-changing love, guidance and experiences they have provided to her.
 
 
Cynthia Olivera de Kapp — Biography
 
Cynthia Olivera de Kapp brings to Wisdom of the Earth many years' experience in movement education and movement therapy, energy healing, and spiritual counseling. She is a certified Medicinal Aromatherapist and integrates her love and knowledge of plant and tree medicine into her consulting work. With the use of the essences, conscious intention and intuitive guidance, Cynthia creates a safe and sacred place for people to witness themselves unfolding into their greatest potential. Her channeling and past life regression work help clients quickly come to a renewed and deeper understanding of their core issues. This work allows the client to release and reconnect to a more joyous and energized relationship to the self and to feel Self-love.
 
She leads ceremonies on Reclaiming the Feminine in her Star Lodge in Northern Arizona, where she connects the group with the vibratory frequencies of Earth Mother, facilitated by the essences. Cynthia has roots in the indigenous peoples of the Taino Nation and Corsica. Her grandmother was a healer and psychic and taught her how to heal physical and spiritual ailments using love energy and the natural world. Cynthia has 3 sons, and lives in Cornville with her husband Barry. Between them they have 12 children.
